My 3 teeths on down side and 2 teeths upper side are missing. I have to do teeth cleaning and also want to do permanent teeth implant.

Implant planing can be done by taking an x ray of the areas of missing teeth...as it is a technique sensitive procedure u should get it done from some experienced implantologist. Teeth cleaning is a basic procedure u can get it done anytime and from any dentist.

Get your teeth cleaned. If there is adequate bone support,get implant done.

Hii.. For missing teeth there are 3 options to replace the teeth. For fixed option, implant is the best option but we have to take X ray to see enough bone to place implant. & Yes cleaning is to be done every 6 months.
