I was asymptotically positive with covid in April 2021
and didn't undergo any medications though.
Post that I have been facing irregular periods consecutive 2 months by 38 and 42 days late.
I have never had an irregularities in my periods
Whereas I read a couple of articles on Period cycle post covid there are many such cases
Is it a temporary thing or do I need to undergo any treatment..
I am already taking homoeopathic for immunity for past 1 year.

Period most likely to be normal after some time naturally , after 3 months. You have suffered from covid infection, it causes hormonal imbalance in body, thats why you have such problems. It would be better to consult gynecologist.

Many of those medicines contains steroids in their preparations. Hence be careful.
Covid is an acute illness. The illness causes stress in the body and hence a hormonal imbalance.
The body recovers it's normal hormonal balance in 90 days after any illness.
There is nothing to worry at present.
Gynecologist generally treat the issues related to menses, if there is a history of 6 months or more of irregular menses.
Improve diet and nutrition.
Monitor cycles, duration, length and bleeding days.
Post covid recovery irregular menses do occur.
It may be for 2-3 months, but eventually will get back to normality. So no need to panic. If this extents beyond 3 months, then need to take hormal pills to regulate your cycle.
