Lump in throat post covid

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi, I was covid positive in august and since then i feel a lump in my throat which when aggrevates makes me breathless. General physician told me its acid reflux and adviced Rabium DSR for 10 days empty stomach. But its been almost 5 months post covid but i have not got any relief from it. Any medication adviced??
