COVID 19 positive
My Parent is having 37.2 Celsius to 37.6. with Paracetamol for the last 3-4 days. Oxygen 97 and above. The smell and taste came back. He eats and drinks all normal. He's tested positive for almost a week. Coughs sometimes. Cough has reduced a lot What should I do?

Treatment for a COVID case can be planned only after clinical examination of the patient. We have had three waves of Covid but the treatment has still not been reduced to Guidelines.

On the basis of your parents sign and symptom and treatment .... Only you should say to your parent that they should follow good life style for upcoming 1 month as Take sufficient amount of water per day. Take less spicy and fatty food. Take warm soup . Take more protein diet in food. Do exercise of breath holding exercise Do yoga and meditation.
Next Steps
as a treatment point of view ... take multivitamin daily for 1 month . take calcium at alternate day . take vitamin C .

Hi., I can understand your concern. Good to hear from you. Continue and complete the antibiotic course. Continue vit c for 3 months. Regularly check spo2 levels and make sure it's more than 95.
