First my wife got fever and given for test it is negative. And in further tests it is identified as Typhoid. Later i too got fever and used Dolo 650 and ofloxacin for 3days and fever got reduced.
To clear doubt we have given for test and it positi now. But now we dont have any symptoms now.
Safer side we have started covid-19 medication since two days. (ivermectin, beplex forte, zinc & Vit-C). Checking oxymeter also.
Any other precautions we have to take or we can ignore since no symptoms at all now.

covid test negative doesn't imply that you don't have the virus. if symptoms are present then the negative result is due to eclipse period. and above all typhoid and covid can occur simultaneously in the same patient. taking too much vitamin without consulting a doctor can harm your health too. ofloxacin should be continued for atleast 5 days as its an antibiotic it has a minimum course. need not take ivermectin as you have crossed that time of using the medicine. other vitamin you are taking you can continue. isolate yourself for 2 weeks. keep observing your symptoms. drink plenty of water . don't panic. as this can make you feel restless and you will feel false palpitations and shortness of breath. keep calm and consult doctor when you have any quarry.
Next Steps
rest, sleep, simple diet, isolation for total 2 wk.get vaccination after 2-4 week of recovery.
Health Tips
hyperimmune response mostly start after 6-8th day . so be careful and avoid heavy work.
