Can I take a bath I have heard that covid positive patients are not advised to bathe.
Also can I wash my hair too

Should take bath and stay clean and maintain hygiene or else you are gonna have other infections along with covid as well.
Also bathing with cold water will also decrease your body temperature if you have high grade fever.
