Hair loss is accelerated in a person who is Covid positive. Actually we always lose some amount of hair every day throughout life. In Covid it is accelerated. A major cause is due to the stress factor. Deficiency of Iron aggravates it.  As the person is cured the hair loss is also reversed in 3-6 months. We should look after our diet, especially fresh fruits. Have a sufficient amount of Vit D3 , Zinc and Iron . Avoid spicy food,  sour foods , liquor and tobacco. Local treatment by shampoo and hair spa also helps.

Hair loss is common following viral infection but hair loss and thinning can occur because of various reasons. Check Vitamin D and Iron levels (Iron profile) if both are Deficient then take supplements for the same. Sometimes dandruff can also lead to hair fall. Take Diet rich in Biotin and Vitamin B5 or you can take Bioker Plus tablet once daily for 3 months. Also apply hair oil once or twice a week that too at bed time. Reduce stress. Drink plenty of fluids. Do regular exercise and Regularise sleep for 6 hours.
