Post Covid Complications
Post Covid recovery I m feeling very lethargic and Muscles pain in legs and Back. Should I continue to take Matilda Forte  for 1 month as an course to gain some strength. Pls suggest. I am an Athelete but due to this I m unable to focus on running .

You can take. Drink plenty of water. Can use ORS 2 to 3 packets per day for 5 day's. Take a muscle relaxant for 5 day's will help in fast recovery. Tab myospas 2 Times in a day for 5 day's after food.
