Periods issues
We had intercourse on ovulation days and there is a recent change in my diet like taking more fiber than carbs . I dint get periods for long i thought it could be pregnancy but I got periods on 42th day first time this is happening to me. What is the reason not able to understand I have done ultrasound, hormone test no issues. Everything is normal. Only issue is getting pregnant not able to understand. I have pre diabetes and 108 fasting hba1c 5.7 so I am even taking metformin to get pregnant . Still facing this issue pls let me know what could be the issue here.

Hba1c - less than 6 is normal. Consultation required for detailed information. Your reports need to be seen. There is unexplained infertility also which is responsible for 15-20% of infertility in which no cause is found.
