In case of regular 28 days cycles you need to find the 14 th day of the cycle and then do + and -3 days to get a full week and then that becomes the most fertile period of the cycle

Generally ovulation occur exactly at 14th day of regular 28 days menstrual cycle.
So day 11- day 16 will be the best time.
