My periods are regular and comes on same exact date every month but for past 2 months i have noticed my cycle has gone from 5 days to 3 days flow!? I eat super clean! My height is 5'8, weight 60kgs! So is it normal?

Yes a normal period can be anywhere between 2-7 days. And it may not necessarily be the same every cycle, it can change depending on multiple factors. So as long as the flow is fine, not to worry.
