Bleeding twice in one month with a shorter, lighter flow usually points to a hormonal shift affecting ovulation rather than anything structural. Being on the lower side of your weight for your height can affect your cycle the same way.
Next Steps
A gynaecologist visit with a hormone panel and pelvic ultrasound will help find out what's driving this change.
Health Tips
If this repeats next cycle or the bleeding gets heavier, please don't wait to get it checked.
