The bleeding pattern described can occur after taking an emergency contraceptive pill. I-pill can temporarily alter the menstrual cycle and may cause spotting, brown discharge, or bleeding that can be earlier, later, lighter, or heavier than the usual period.
The bleeding from 1st September may have been withdrawal/irregular bleeding related to the pill. The fresh red bleeding now, around the expected period date, could simply be the actual menstrual period starting. It is not necessarily a sign of a problem.
The cycle may take 1–2 cycles to return to the usual pattern. The bleeding does not necessarily have to stop immediately after the expected period ends.
It is impossible to differentiate between withdrawal bleeding which is a side effect of the emergency contraceptive pill and periods
Since last period was on 13th you will have to wait till 13th to see if you get a full flow of usual periods
