Both these tests are negative so most probably you are not pregnant. But you are overdue by 17 days . So you will have to have your periods.

Bhcg less than 100 is a confirmatory test fr absence of pregnancy
If done 24 hours after a skipped perid n is less than 100 ...ur not pregnant
