Possible ectopic even at beta HCG <1.2?
Protected Intercourse on Feb 25th 2023 (10th day of cycle). Started having gas and reflux in mid March so did 3 UPTs (on 16th, 19th, 25th March) all negative. Got menses on 26th (light bleeding 4.5 days). Then started having gas and abdominal pain in April so did a pelvic+abdominal ultrasound, everything normal, Endo thickness 5.4mm, simple cyst in left ovary (4.1mm dia). Mild pain continued so i took serum(CLIA) beta HCG on 2nd May, <1.2 mIU/mL. Got menses on 3rd May, 5 days light to moderate bleeding. I am having mild abdominal pains again for the past week, and I am worried. Past 2 menses cycles were 38 and 39 days respectively and it's 14 weeks after intercourse. I have read that vaginal bleeding occurs in ectopic and rare cases may have negative HCG. So I'm wondering if I may have confused menses for vaginal bleeding. With my provided history and beta HCG <1.2 is it possible for it to be an ectopic pregnancy? Or is this just symptoms of mid-luteal phase?
