Don’t worry.the emotional involvement in your relationship is very important. Looking at your age factor I think if you are ok to start your family you should take help earlier as the fertility gets affected with age

In my opinion you may have mild fever, and body pain so first take tab Dolopar 500 mg and tab Lariago ds once a day for 5 days, and wait for next periods, if all symptoms  are not there then it can be due to hormonal  disturbances. Can contact me online.

You are in perimenopausal phase and your periods can stop earlier than usual. You require few tests to confirm and medical support as you can have some problem in planning family. Don't worry, there is treatment available for your symptoms and you'll be fine.

1. Your age is 38 years. So if you want to conceive and already it's been 1.5 years post marriage, you both need to go to a Gynaecologist for evaluation as a couple. 2. A detailed physical examination by the doctor and an ultrasound of the pelvis will guide as to what exactly is happening to your menstrual cycle. 3. Usually perimenopausal age is 45-55. And nowadays menopause occurs a little later in life. Maybe after 50-52yrs. But every patient is different and few may have premature menopause. Your symptoms don't quite look like menopause though. 4. Working on your relationship with your husband has to take priority. Being dry is an indication that probably you are not quite involved in the process emotionally. So spending good time with each other, concentrating on building a strong bond and then indulging in physical bonding will lead to further strengthening of your married life. Consult a qualified gynaecologist for all this.
