Period lasted for 10 days
My August month period lasted for 10 days (15 - 25th Aug) whereas usually it last only for 4-5 days. My average period comes in 25-28 days. September month I have not got my periods yet, but have that period cramps from 1 week. What could be the issue, is it something serious?

You had your periods from 15 to 25 August. The uterus starts preparing for the next period after the bleeding for this period stops completely.
So you should expect your next period by about 25 September.

You can ideally wait for another week for your periods. If it is delayed beyond that you can get evaluated.
If your periods persist to be irregular or prolonged like the one you had in August, you will need further evaluation to know the underlying cause.

Bleeding more than 7 days is abnormal
Since day one of your last period was 15
You should idly wait till 22nd of this month if there is no pregnancy as cycle length up to 37 days is considered normal
Beyond that you need investigations and treatment
