Period since 15 Days
I am 24 years old and weigh 47 kg,married . While taking Femilon, my period started when there were 10 pills left in the pack. The flow was light initially—noticeable mostly after urinating—and a single pad would last for 12 hours. This continued for 12 days, but from the 13th day, the bleeding increased; now, a single pad lasts for 3–4 hours. A local doctor has suggested taking Femilon along with Primolut N (three times a day). Some time ago, I used to take Crina NCR 10 (once daily) for the same issue, without taking Femilon alongside it. Can I take Primolut N (three times a day) or Crina NCR 15 (once daily)? Can I take Femilon or Crimson 35 along with it?

This longer bleeding may be due missed pills...better to visit your gynaecologist  for evaluation....as bleeding is longer. Don't switch or replace oc pills on your own ...

Breakthrough bleeding like this, where flow gets heavier partway through a pack on Femilon, usually happens when hormone levels dip through the cycle or after a missed or delayed pill. It's a common pattern on hormonal contraception and is generally not dangerous, though it can be frustrating to deal with.
Next Steps
Please don't combine or switch between Primolut N, Crina NCR and Femilon or Crimson 35 on your own. The right combination and dose depends on your cycle history, so see your gynaecologist in person so they can confirm what's safe for you.
Health Tips
Get checked urgently if a pad soaks through within an hour, you pass large clots, or you feel dizzy or very weak.
