It can delay period but detailed history required. Like when did u take i pill?? You ca do blood hcg test,if negative take tablets for withdrawal bleeding

What is your last menstrual period date??If you have crossed the date then do pregnancy test by blood.bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy.
