Period delay by 7 days
My periods are delayed by 7 days. Pregnancy test came negative. Not sure what could be possible reasons of the delay! Are they early menopause signs?

It is certainly not early menopause. Wait for another one week. After that get a Sonography done. You may be given medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
