Perimenopause digestion
Iam 45 year old lady experiencing perimenopause symptoms of bloating ,belly fat ,gas and acidity which occassionally causes dizziness.I eat very healthy foods,fruit 2 servings,whole grains,enough calcium and vitamin d also. I exercise daily.Yet i experience this .pls if possible can I have some digestion syrup,i mostly have trouble consuming carbohydrates.

I don't know details of your diet, yaa calcium supplements can cause some bloating, include fibre and do not fast eat small meals every 2 hours Consult me online

Well, No doubts you are taking healthy diet but it depends on your timings also. Avoid spicy foods and late night dinners. Also you should start your day with breathing exercises . Kapalbhati Pranayam is very helpful in Perimenopause symptoms.

Hello mam,it's very normal to have menopausal symptoms like this.. Plz start with drakshovin special dhutpapeshwar company . Also take shatavari kalpa with cup of milk. You will get better result

some times bloating occurs after having heavy meals or raw food suchh as salads,avoid this for some days ,bloating will reduce ,if the issue is not resolved
