HRT for perimenopause
Hi. I'm 34 yrs old already having an 8 yr old kid.. My 1st pregnancy is normal and from past 6 yrs I'm diagnosed with hypothyroidism and using thyronorm75mcg and having very low amh (0.01) irregular periods and have been trying for 2nd pregnancy since 4 yrs and due to very low amh it didn't work. So now I dropped my idea of trying for 2nd and a gynecologist suggested that I take HRT treatment because I'm in perimenopause . Does ayurveda have HRT treatment?

Ayurveda offers natural alternatives to HRT for perimenopause, low AMH, and hypothyroidism. Key remedies include Shatavari Kalpa, Ashwagandha, Rajahpravartini Vati, Kanchanar Guggulu, and Dashmoolarishta. A diet rich in ghee, nuts, and sesame seeds, along with yoga and pranayama, supports hormone balance. Consult an Ayurvedic doctor for a personalized plan.
