She missed her period and still her perganancy test turned negative Can u please what can be the possibility for the same or we consult a gynecologist they said to go for laser treatment hystero laparoscopy please help.

Dear Practo User, If it is less than 7 days since you missed the period, then repeat test after 7 days,  If there is repeated irregularity in cycles , do a TVS ( sonography )  if it is done already and showing some abnormality , follow your gynaecologist advice after the test is negative. The information given by you is insufficient to decide exact management approach.

Hello.. Well missing periods always doesn't mean pregnancy..if you have been trying for it then yes you need to go for evaluation...as it might be due to stress, hormonal conditions like thyroid, pcos etc or any other underlying condition. First get a scan done... thank you

Missed periods for how long? If pregnancy negative, induce her menstruation after consultation with a gynecologist.
