Miss period but negative pregnancy test.
Dr. I am panning for baby. My last period was start on 16th March and end on 20th march, My cycle is up and down with days of 4 to 5... but regular. we were intimate during my fertile time.... now my periods are missed but home pregnancy test is negative.. i checked on 19th April then again on 22 april but it's negative and till today i am not having periods.
Dr. I am feeling lazyness, restless, tenderness in my boobs with pain. and some back pain since 15 to 20 days.

ok so now that you have already done a pregnancy test you should still wait for a week and do the test again for confirmation and then reach a conclusion
Next Steps
you should visit a gynecologist and she shall even advise a sonography or run a few blood tests
