55 days Missed period with hpt negative

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have a regular menstrual cycle of 28-30 days.Since we are planning for second baby i consulted my doctor.she prescribed clomid(3-7) days and duphaston(18-25) days.After which i didn't get back my period.Its been 55 days and hpt of both urine and blood was negative.My doctor then prescribed me crina ncr and domstal.Is it safe to use?What might be the reason for my missed period?
