Missed menstruation cycle

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My friend missed her menstrual cycle for the month of June 2021 . It was due on 27 th of June 2021 . She is sexually inactive from mid April and had regular cycle in the month of April and May (3 days each month ). Meanwhile she has 4 times conducted prega news test every week(in month of June ) to ensure if she is pregnant , of which result is negative all the time . Also she has been vaccinated first and second dose of vaccine within 28 days of gap in the month of June . Is prega news result reliable ? is it due to vaccine that she missed her periods ? Even on the day of her period due date she took prega news test which was again negative . Please guide my friend is under lot of stress
