I had a Penis tip head burning sensation sometime 3 to 4 times in a day for 2 minutes then gone No discharge No ulcer No other symptom No Burning Feel When I do Urine Its Hiv Symptom?? After sex of 3rd this problem started and this issue off & on from 2 week I apply coconut oil there After cleaning that area First i wear condom till 20 minutes no condom break then i reliaze it break I wear new condom same time Its Hiv Risk? No risk of HIV. You need to drink more water , concentrated yellow acidic urine may cause burning sensation. So keep body hydrated and drink 3 to 4 litre water per day for 2 weeks .its resolved own.
