Penis Tip Buning sensation sometime
I had a Penis tip head burning sensation sometime 3 to 4 times in a day for 2 minutes then gone No discharge No ulcer No other symptom Its Hiv Symptom?? After sex of 3rd this problem started and this issue off & on from 2 week I apply coconut oil there After cleaning that area First i wear condom till 20 minutes no condom break then i reliaze it break I wear new condom same time Its Hiv Risk? Firstly calm down. Its not HIV related symptom. You have a long working hours and you are mostly moving in sun. Prone to dehydration so its mostly dehydration leading to concentrated urine and since urine ph is acidic you have burning sensation
Next Steps
Firstly clean the penis opening or meatus with water after your urination, keep it clean and dry. Increase water consumption, to 3L per day atleast. Try drinking majority of it when you are working and driving.
