Pcos,absence of periods
I have had pcos for a long time,I tried medications but it didn't get any better, My natural cycle won't occur even after 5 months ,It only occurs when I take withdrawal pills... From the past 5 months in maintaining a healthy diet and hitting the gym regularly and lost 6 kgs of weight... Still not getting my periods ... What could be the reason?? Please help me

Consultation required. Continue with the lifestyle modification, weight reduction,diet and exercise. PCOS can not be cured ,it can only be controlled. Other blood investigations also need to be done to rule out other causes of irregular cycles

The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi Weight is the only reason in pcos patients Other reasons could be deranged thyroid n prolactin levels U can get the levels checked
