PCOD yes or not
Doc I wanted to know whether I have PCOD according to this report or not because I had PCOD in the previous reports(last 10 years). But now it is not showing in this. And in the meantime I have not taken any medicine nor have I started my treatment with any doctor. My weight has increased by 20 kg in the last 5 months. Can you tell me something like this. Is it confirmed whether I have PCOD or not?

In USG it is written no significant pathology. It means no PCOD. In PCOD ovarian volume is more than 10.5 cc. Go for Thyroid profile,  S.Prolactin. Follow healthy lifestyle. Do daily exercise and yoga. Take fibre rich diet. Avoid refined carbohydrates and packed food and juices
