Pcod cannot be cured it can prevented by diet ,& weight loss .at first target should be weight loss for that follow three main things like healthy diet exercise and Walk early morning and evening.

Hii , firstly you need to have willpower. If you are willing then nothing is impossible. I have seen umpteen patients with same problem and believe me this is doable. For PCOD you have to prefer natural, unprocessed foods. Also do add high fiber foods in your diet. Eat more colorful fruit such as grapes,blueberries,blackberries, mango, orange in limited portion.
