Pcod with metformin..can I get pregnant?
Hi..doctor suggested me to take metformin 500mg (1-0-0 )and metformin 1000mg (1-0-0 )daily for 6 days..can anyone please tell how to use and at what time I should take those medicines.. Please share any diet plan if u have..like Wat to eat and eat not to eat..especially can I eat sweets? Please help me..

In PCOD first line of drug is Metformin. So need to continue as per schedule. Avoid preservative, junk ,bakery food items. Continue  leafy green with legumes.start eating dates and berries. Monitor your haemoglobin level .need check on your weight. Do yoga and meditation.
