Pcod and weight gain
How long is it necessary to do exercise.. especially for pcod patient. I recently started doing exercise but i unable to do fr more than 20 minutes. Hardly able to do for 30 minutes. I feel weakness as well What should i do ?

Focus on short term goals ....like start excercise from 10 minutes a day ....increase 1 minute excercise time daily .....till the time it reaches 30-40 minutes at a time.  This way your body will get used to of the excercise pattern and you wouldn't feel tired . 6 days a week with 30 minutes of excercise is enough.  But should be done regularly. Hydrate yourself well before during and after excercise.

Hello dear. First do warm exercise then start with 10 minutes walk and gradually increase 300 or 400 step every week. Secondly, warm will not help to cure pcod. you are not losing as the cause of obesity is not cured. There are many reason of being overweight or obese .Pcod . yes you should start doing exercise, as it helps in pcod. divide your walk in 2-3 times in the beginning, after that you can shift to one time for long period. Do stretching before & after exercise, it will reduce your weakness.

Hi, To be fit and fine one should follow a balanced diet and exercise, because balanced diet provide calorie and nutrients which helps to maintain body weight and other biological function, while exercise helps to burn fat mass, develop muscle mass and also detoxify the body. Individual should do exercise in regular basis atleast for 30 minutes, but exercise should be different kinds, like start with free hands that helps to make body warm up, then high cardio and then relax the body with doing some yoga. Time should be distributed in proper way. After completion of exercise wait for few minutes, make body hydrate  and after few minutes can have meal, instead of taking food immediately.
