I am 29yrs old, married for 8months and have recently come to know that I have early features of PCOD. I have hypothyroidism since 3years. I have gained a lot of weight, suffering from hair loss, irregular periods. I just wanted to understand except fast food, oily or fatty foods, sweets, what are the foods I have to avoid to loose weight? I have started doing exercises and eliminated fried food,
sugar, sweet etc. Will this help?? How much time does it take to reduce weight?? My height is 5feet 3inches, and weight is 79kgs. What is my ideal weight?
