I have always had a larger appetite than others, I had strong cravings that I gave into my whole life and I ate every two hours. Between ages 4-12 I ate sugary foods and junk food such as Nutella, ice cream, candy,
sugar dense apple juice. I ate a lot of fruit when I was 7. I was also more lazy than others and am still less energetic.
