1.Left leg grade 1 paritial Acl Anterior cruciate ligament tear ,first leg forward with pain then went doctor some times forward not pain since July 2017 to till 8 months now also mri shows same ,I do quadriceps excises very well and one squat leg sraight 2.Right leg Grade 1 -2 Acl tears and grade 2 posterior horn of medial meniscus with pcl buckling mri shows quadriceps well and some leg forwarded some pain in leg below foot fire pain severe .wt I do next step sir ,leg rotation 110 degreRotate

U should consult to the Physiotherapist near by who can help u in strengthening of all muscles around knee joint. Also support ur knee while walking. Avoid excess knee bending and running etc.
