If you are not in sexual activity there is no point taking it. By the way if you are not in sexual activity how did you get your premature ejaculation diagnosed in the first instance. It is not diagnosed by masturbatory practises alone. It is based on IVELT ( Intravaginal ejaculatory latency time). Consult an astute psychiatrist either person or online for more clarity. Good luck.
