Doctor prescribed me paroxtine to treat premature ejaculation even though I am not in sexual activity he gave it for 1 month should I take it or not?

How are you facing premature ejaculation if you are not sexually active?
Ssri’s like paroxetine have side effect of delayed orgasm so that could be the reason your doctor prescribed it, it can help with premature ejaculation

If you are not in sexual activity there is no point taking it. By the way if you are not in sexual activity how did you get your premature ejaculation diagnosed in the first instance. It is not diagnosed by masturbatory practises alone. It is based on IVELT ( Intravaginal ejaculatory latency time). Consult an astute psychiatrist either person or online for more clarity. Good luck.
