Hi, yes SSRI can delay ejaculation but can also cause delayed orgasm and poor erection.

Hi, SSRI especially Paroxetine improves premature ejaculation, and the improvement in 30% of the cases are permanent. Along with that we usually advice patients to adopt other techniques to maintain the improvement. Also, SSRI usually do not usually cause premature ejaculation.
