Response to any drug varies with each individual. We may say that there are certain common responses to a drug with most of the people but still they vary in various parameters at an individual level to more or less extent. So we can not review a drug universally as the best or worst, like we can not do that for any commercial product , for e.g say a mobile phone, we can not say that which is the best one universally among few , but the best one would be like which suits you the most! However, Paroxetine is the molecule of choice as an initial drug trial in premature ejaculation for many psychiatrist!

Got your concern bro....it's not always the drug can same effect in every one...n esp with your case it is the side effect of the drug that works ... therapy should be be individualised,one which is effective in one person can't have the same effect in other one ....plus CBT has a role in your problem too
For ur immediate concern either Dapoxetine or Paroxetine ..can be helpful...
Rest every case needs individualised treatment...

Hi when it comes to treatment of depression we also think about psychological therapy. Cognitive behavioural therapy is very effective in treating depression.
Re medication - you will benefit from a Psychiatry consultation. There are antidepressants which are have very less sexual side effects. But they are prescribed under supervision. Also it is important to know if you have premature ejaculation before starting antidepressants
