Premature ejaculation
I got ejaculation on just inserting my penis or sometime i ejaculate on wearing condom from the very first time i tried to sex i am suffering from this problem till now... may it cause by want orgasm fast in masterbation i tried to sex without anxiety and depression but this condition gives me anxiety my penile doppler report shows all the blood flow are normal don't know why i got this problem what i can do please suggest me i didn't try any medicine for this condition which kind of doctor i need to solve out this problems i feel so tensed due to this condition...

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. This is due to hypersensitivity of Ur organ. We can reduce the sensitivity by use of Medication. Try pari 20 mg daily for 1 month

PME is one of the common psychosexual problem. There is usually a performance anxiety associated with this problem. In average the intravaginal ejaculation time is 3 to 7 minuets and average penis size in India is 3 to 5 inches. Penis size more than 2.5 inches are normal. For PME try to be relaxed during intercourse. Never do sex in hurry. Do slow penetration and follow start and stop technique. It will increase your self control. You practice start stop technique even during masturbation. Do Kegel’s exercise which will help in your erection. Medicines are there but can’t be given without proper assessment of general physical status. Thanks
