My small brother has symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia, but he is not ready to consult a psychiatrist. What to do?

Consult a Psychiatrist and get him covert medicine (mix medicine in food and water). When symptoms get reduced, take him to a Psychiatrist. Or involuntary admission in Psychiatry hospital in present.
