Panic attacks . I have had PTSD/ ARMY
Out of no where I started feeling really weird. Felt like I had a lot of adrenaline rush over my body. My heart rate get really high, my blood pressure gets high , I can feel the pressure in my face . I feel horrible. It comes in waves . I start feeling a little but then it starts again over and over . Can last all day like that . I have been to the ER a lot for this . They have done heart test blood test and told me it was panic attacks. I just don't believe it . Ativan always does the trick .

I think instead of taking Ativan on sos basis, you should consult psychiatrist and start proper medication and relaxation techniques for panic disorder.and psychotherapy can also help.
