Hi Panic attack is an anxiety problem. Not a personality issue. So dont feel panic of getting panic AT FIRST. Mostly, panic attacks are the result of activated sympathetic nervous system (SNS) due to consistent stress or anxiety or insecurity or false beliefs. The medications what you have mentioned are perfectly prescribed for you. Please continue the meditation. But medication itself is not the permanent cure. You need to have Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to correct your distortion in thoughts. CBT + Medication will put you out of the troubling  circle of SNS

Thoughts have lot of power. What you sow, it reap back. If you think more and more for minor things will agravates the problem. It is called as generalized anxiety disorder. sudden anxiety attacks are panic attacks. Change your thoughts, change your words and change your behaviour. Be positive and practice relaxation techniques. U will be better and better.

Here are a few suggestions that could be helpful: As you know, it is a natural tendency to feel apprehensive about one's choices and state of affairs from time to time. The same restlessness could also motivate us to not give up and take a closer look at the options in front of us and eventually choose a path that truly resonates with us. This doesn't mean that this clarity comes with zero self-doubt and anxiety about the future. Keeping aside how others are doing in their respective lives, I would like you to reflect on the following: What would I do if I were not afraid? What would I do if I knew I wouldn't fail? Write. Delete. Rewrite. Persevere till the answers truly resonate with you. Next, Ask yourself: Where do I wish to see myself ten years from now? What should I do today to reach there ten years from now? Anxiety, fear and self-doubt will no doubt creep in from time to time. They only serve to bring more clarity and resolve to your journey. Take the first step. The rest will follow. You will soon see for yourself that you are capable of addressing your fears and taking the next step forward. The next time you experience overwhelming thoughts or emotions, try observing the thoughts and sensations without judging them as threatening, knowing that it is like a wave that ebbs and falls and that it will pass. Keep your focus on your breathing throughout. You will see for yourself that with practice, you are able to manage such situations quite well. Please set aside time for exercise daily and try to eat healthy every time. Our challenges that seem to threaten our very existence are the ones that serve as fuel for our evolution.
