First we have to identify the reason for infertility.After that only we have to decide whether panchakarma is needed in your case or internal medicine is enough.Uttaravasti,Vamana is good for treating infertility.Before that you have to be examined thoroughly then only we have to decide what panchakarma should be suitable for you.

Hello. Planning for Panchakarma is the best thing for improving fertility but selection of therapy based on doshas is very important.
