Did u observe any specific rhythm or is it irregular?...how is the palpitation after work and rest?..any chest pain , breathlessness or leg swelling?..if no to everything not to worry... Are u having bad dreams??..r worrying about anything? If yes to any if these, need to get evaluated further... Ecg can only detect a Palpitation if u are having it(palpitation)  at the time of taking ecg
