Palpitations
I've been having palpitations for more than a month now, at first it was accompanied with shortness of breath but now its just chest and sometimes neck pain. It keeps me up at night because I can feel the hard pounding in my chest. I've never had diagnosed anxiety or heart problems in the past, what does this mean?

get an ecg and echo test done. see if ur heart is in normal rhythm
