Pain with anal fissures
I have been suffering from pain with anal fissures/piles from past 6 months. Kindly help me on this without going for any surgery.

It may be due to fissure...burning senastion after defication is due to fissure along with some blood...it may be due having some spicy food yesterday or mainly due to constipation...it is better to treat now only because in layman language there is a cut over there in anal region so if u strain more during passing stool it will increase day by day so main aim in these is to relieve the constipation....have these medicines u will not have to go for surgery....

1.Tab GH vati ( shankar pharma) 2 tab at bedtime...
2. Triphala churna 2 tsp twice a day...
3. Raktastambhak vati 2 tab twice a day.
4. shatdhaut ghruta for local application over anal region..
5. jatyadi taila for local application over anal region
6. Chandanaasava 3 tsp medicine with 3 tsp luke warm water...
Do hot sitz bath with adding 1 tsp haldi and 1 tsp truti in it u will definately get relief...
