Anal fissure
I have small tear in anus hole from few years but it's never painful other than very few times like 2 or 3 times. But recently i feel it's enlarged and started experiencing pain frequently like every 2 months for 4 to 5 days. I have constipation issue.
Is this curable without surgery and if we go for surgery, will there be any side effects.
