Pain in butt area
Hi  I have ibs and fissure on n off past long tym past few days I'm facing pain in Ani levator area on left side I checked with my proctologist they said there is no internal anal.issue not any active fissure either then whr is the pain coming from what could be I dnt have any anal issue or pain jus the out muscle area any advises plz thank u.
