Hello, SEITZ BATH Take a tub filled with hot water add four lids of betadin solution n sit I it two times a day for seven to ten minutes. Your stool must be hard which hurt you butthole during expulsion so before defication apply vaslin properly all around with finger. After defication wash properly n apply with finger ANOVATE cream firstly on but hole than gentaly inside anal. Musosa properly for at least two weeks. Plenty of liquids like NIMUPANI COCONUT WATER, MOSAMBI JUICE ,WATERMELON ,BUTTER MILK, FRESH CURD. LIGH DIET WITH LEAST OIL N SPICES. If STOOL is hard use one stool softener. Like ISABGOL husk three tsf with water two times a day or any other. Ok.
